Transition links

We understand that change can be difficult and this includes changes to and from schools. In addition to the links to our predominant secondary schools, we are also working hard to develop links with our local nurseries and child minders to ensure a smooth transition for children into our Nursery or School. It is vital that we understand the settings children have come from to give them the best possible start in our setting.

We were delighted to meet with colleagues from Shannon Child Care who came to visit us so that they can help to explain who we are to a child and family joining us very soon.
