Transition links

We understand that change can be difficult and this includes changes to and from schools. In addition to the links to our numerous secondary schools, we are also working hard to develop links with our local nurseries and child minders to ensure a smooth transition for children into our Nursery or School. It is vital that we understand the settings children have come from to give them the best possible start in our setting.
